Primal Health Coaching

The goal of living a primal lifestyle is to optimize gene expression, taking into consideration the specific constraints and attributes of our individual familial genes. Our bodies react negatively when our behaviors contradict our genetic expectations. These deviations include insufficient physical activity, chronic exercise, excessive sugar consumption, and inadequate sleep.

The Primal Blueprint approach draws upon insights from evolutionary biology, biochemistry, nutrition, exercise science, epigenetics, case studies, and behavior change research. It offers us a framework for leading a healthy life as Homo Sapiens Sapiens in today’s modern, dopamine-rich world.

As a certified Primal Health Coach from the Primal Health Coach Institute, I’m here to help you delve into your health history, recognize your body’s needs, and craft a personalized plan tailored to these factors.

The program doesn’t intend to constrain or burden you but rather to alleviate and empower you. Depending on your goals and what’s feasible for your lifestyle, we’ll shape your health journey accordingly.*

Re-finding balance is a path marked by uncertainty, setbacks, as well as achievements and celebrations. I will provide you with support throughout this process, ensuring that you don’t lose your way amidst the task of pursuing meaningful change.

Drawing from my experience and knowledge as a Yin Yoga teacher, I place great importance on working with the nervous system as a means of healing. A relaxed nervous system equips us with more available and accessible resources.

Coaching sessions are conducted online, in either English or German. We’ll have a weekly one-hour online meeting with the option of daily email check-ins if needed. I recommend a minimum commitment of 4-8 weeks to allow your body adequate time to adapt to a new lifestyle, including metabolic, biochemical, and behavioral changes.

Embarking on a healing journey can be a delightful and playful process in which we learn a great deal about ourselves. It thrives on self-love, trust, a willingness to embrace new experiences, and self-reflection. It may not always be easy, it’s a journey that requires time and effort to heal and rewire old neural pathways that often trick us into falling back into old behavioral patterns.

The coaching programs include:

  • A weekly 60-minute online meeting for personalized support.
  • The option of daily email check-ins to keep you on track.
  • A concise handbook providing in-depth and comprehensive explanations of my recommendations from a scientific perspective, helping you understand the ‘why’ behind our strategies.

Pricing for each Coaching Session: 70€-120€, based on individual affordability.
